Helen is an experienced Chartered Accountant and the founder of Blossum, with a career spanning public practice, SME advisory, private credit, and financial governance across multiple sectors.
Helen oversees the Fund's governance framework, investment policies, credit approval processes, and AIP compliance.
Helen has founded and operated multiple professional services firms, including three SBA accounting practices (Flatbush, Pukekohe, and Newmarket), advising hundreds of SMEs on financial structure, forecasting, capital management and compliance.
Helen's leadership integrates technical accounting expertise with practical commercial insight, enabling Blossum to connect capital with real New Zealand businesses through responsible, secured lending. She frequently engages with advisers, regulators, private-credit partners, and high-net-worth investors to strengthen market perception, investor confidence, and long-term Fund sustainability.
Helen holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and is a full member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).
Monika Nadan
Credit Manager
Monika is an experienced credit and lending specialist with a strong background in SME finance, loan structuring, portfolio administration, and credit risk assessment.
She plays a central role in Blossum's credit operations, overseeing loan underwriting, borrower analysis, valuation review, security verification, serviceability assessment, and ongoing risk monitoring.
Prior to joining Blossum, Monika worked across roles involving financial analysis, customer due diligence, loan servicing, and operational compliance, giving her a strong foundation in secured lending fundamentals.
Monika supports both the Director and Investment Committee through detailed credit reports, portfolio trend analysis, and early-warning monitoring to protect investor capital.
Lillian Li
Investment Manager
Lillian supports investors throughout the full investment lifecycle and provides operational oversight across onboarding, reporting and distribution management.
She works closely with SME borrowers and advisers to ensure smooth documentation, timely loan settlement and consistent communication.
